Ufuk Çelebi graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2013. He has worked in the public and private sectors, especially in the fields of public procurement law, administrative cases of public personnel, contract preparation, examination and negotiation, establishment of a new company, preparation of company articles of association and shareholding agreement, preparation of in-company regulatory documents.

Mr. Çelebi is a member of the Ankara Bar Association since 2015. Ufuk Çelebi, who joined DMF LEGAL in 2022 as a lawyer, has experience in administrative law, labour law, commercial law, company law, contract law, public procurement law, arbitration law, and law of personal data protection. 

Ufuk Çelebi is fluent in English.
