Areas of Expertise: Commercial Law

Serdar Hızır graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2003. He obtained the master’s degree (Master of Laws) from Ankara University Department of Maritime Law in 2007, and PhD degree from Ankara University Department of Commercial Law in 2019.
In 2004, he earned the title of attorney at law by completing his law internship in Ankara Bar Association. He is involved in the field of commercial law; especially on establishment and liquidation of companies, commercial litigation & ADR’s and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Hızır, who has been contributing to DMF LEGAL as the co-founding partner and legal counsel since 2012, currently continues his academic studies as a faculty member at Atılım University Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law. Also he is a Vice Dean of the same Faculty.
Serdar Hızır is fluent in English and German.
